2. Quotation & Pricing

All price quotations are subject to:

Raw material fluctuations
Transportation and installation charges
Design and structural specifications

A quotation is valid for a specific period as mentioned in the offer. Prices may change without prior notice if the quotation has expired.

3. Order & Payment Terms

Orders must be confirmed in writing (via email or signed work order).
Advance payment terms will be mentioned in the quotation/invoice.
Final payment is to be made before or upon delivery, as agreed.

Delayed payments may result in project delays or cancellation without liability on our part.

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines are approximate and subject to factors such as availability, transportation, weather, and government regulations.
We are not liable for any delay caused by third-party logistics or force majeure events.
Installation is conducted only as per mutual agreement and on a suitable site provided by the client.

5. Warranty & Liability

Our products come with a limited warranty as specified in the documentation.
Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not include wear and tear, improper usage, or unauthorized modifications.
Guru Nanak Porta Cabin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstances.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order is confirmed and manufacturing begins, it cannot be canceled.
In case of an approved cancellation, any refund will be subject to deductions for costs incurred.
Custom-made products are non-refundable.
